Part One: Enter Sheepsquatch
Beware Sheepsquatch! was a web comic I was writing between 2014 and 2016. I was living in rural Kentucky at the time, and the comic was planned a satire of Kentucky’s devotion to Lost Cause ideology and how much damage that was doing to the state. By 2016, it was clear that the darkness beyond the bounds of these panels had rapidly outpaced the relatively mild satire inside of them. It just got too depressing to deal with.
